Gift cards purchased online are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. At this time, any "Web Store Gift Card" purchased is only valid for use on the Serendipity 12th web store.
If you would like to receive a physical gift card for use at our brick-and-mortar location, select the "Brick & Mortar Gift Card" option when purchasing online. You will be mailed a physical gift card with card holder. At this time, any "Brick & Mortar Gift Card" purchased is only valid for use at our physical store location.
Gift Cards are also available for purchase at our brick-and-mortar location. Those bought in-store will receive a physical Gift Card at the time of purchase to redeem in-store.

The Return Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.Serendipity12th.com, as well as, for items purchased in-store. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items purchased online may also be returned in-store.
All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, with original tags in-tact. Each item must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or gift receipt.
Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date (for online purchases) or within 7 days from the in-store purchase date as cited on the printed receipt. Items returned within 8-14 days of the delivery date (for online purchases) or within 8-14 days from the in-store purchase date cited on the printed receipt will receive store credit.
Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date cited on the printed receipt. Sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund.
Final markdowns are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
Serendipity takes great care to assure all products are free of damage/defects prior to shipment and package accordingly. However, defective items may be returned for full refund if we are notified within 3 days of receipt.
Serendipity reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy.
You will receive a tracking number via email with USPS or UPS at the time of shipment that will enable you track your package and expected delivery date.
Restocking on SOLD OUT Items
Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you see something you like that is sold out on our website. We pride ourselves on having a unique and evolving selection of artisan goods, but there are some items that we may be able to restock by popular demand.
