Instructions
- Use either hot or cold.
- To Chill: Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- To Heat: Place in the microwave and heat according to packaging. About 20-25 second. Do not overheat. Use care when removing from microwave. Product can cause burns if overheated.
- Avoid prolonged direct contact with skin. Avoid using if allergic to lavender or have sensitive skin. Do not ingest contents. Discard if cover is ripped or damaged.
