Shipping + Returns
Effective November 1, 2015
The Return Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.Serendipity12th.com, as well as, for items purchased in-store. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items purchased online may also be returned in-store.
All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, with original tags in-tact. Each item must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or gift receipt.
Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date (for online purchases) or within 7 days from the in-store purchase date as cited on the printed receipt. Items returned within 8-14 days of the delivery date (for online purchases) or within 8-14 days from the in-store purchase date cited on the printed receipt will receive store credit.
Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date cited on the printed receipt. Sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund.
Final markdowns are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
Serendipity takes great care to assure all products are free of damage/defects prior to shipment and package accordingly. However, defective items may be returned for full refund if we are notified within 3 days of receipt.
Serendipity reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy.
Return Process of Online Purchases
Send our team an email at email@example.com letting us know which items you are sending back. State the exact reason for the return. We will reply to your email with a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 24 - 48 hours.
Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a slip of paper with your name, email address, phone number and your Return Authorization Number (RA).
Boldly write the Return Authorization Number on the front of the box so that it is easily visible.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You may opt to use an insured delivery service, as Serendipity12th.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.
Our current delivery methods and carriers are USPS and UPS. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours (business hours apply.)

Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an invalid address is provided, a Serendipity representative may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing your order.
